Health & Safety
All our work is strictly governed by the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1988 and the Environmental Act 1990.

Clean Estates is accredited under the Safe Contractor Scheme in recognition of achieving the required Health & Safety standards.

Quality
Clean Estates Ltd is registered with the Quality Certification Agency to quality standard ISO 9001:2000 for the external cleaning, site maintenance and the design and implementation of landscaping.

Environment
We take our environmental responsibilities seriously and have achieved accreditation to the ISO 14001 quality standard. We work closely with all our customers and suppliers to ensure current legislation is met and that continuous improvement is achieved.
